Privacy policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you use newfitnesssupplements.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short because we collect very little.

What we collect

You don't need an account to use this site, and we don't ask you for personal details to read it. We collect information in two ways:

• When you contact us. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter, and keep them only as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of corrections. The form is delivered by Cloudflare, which already hosts this site, straight to our inbox — no third-party form service is involved, and we don't use what you send for marketing.
• Automatically, as you browse. Like most sites, we collect standard technical data — your approximate location (from your IP address), browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived — through analytics. This is aggregated and used to understand what's useful, not to identify you personally.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies to measure traffic and how pages are used, and it stays switched off until you accept it in the banner. Our host, Cloudflare, may set essential cookies for security and performance. When you click an affiliate link, the retailer (for example Amazon) may set its own cookie to attribute a purchase — see below.

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies won't stop you from reading the site.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the retailer may set a cookie to credit us with a commission, at no extra cost to you. That transaction is governed by the retailer's own privacy policy, not ours — we don't receive your payment or personal purchase details. See our advertising disclosure.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your personal information. Data is processed by the services that run the site — principally Google (Analytics) and Cloudflare (hosting and CDN) — each under its own privacy terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing — including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). To make a request, email us and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
