Ashwagandha is one of the better-evidenced supplements for stress — but only at the standardized extract dose used in trials, and only from the extracts that were actually studied. We rate on extract type and dose first.
The research runs on standardized extracts — mostly KSM-66 and Sensoril — at roughly 300–600mg per day. Raw root powder at a bigger milligram number is not the same thing. Our bar tracks the standardized extract dose against that studied range.
