Men's sexual health supplements

This category is where supplement scams concentrate. We do not treat, diagnose or promise anything here — we rate products as products: whether the ingredients with any evidence are dosed like the research, and whether the sales practices are clean.

Men's Sexual Health
Scores combine ingredients and dosing (40%), verified user reviews (35%) and price per serving (25%). The same weights apply to every product. See how we rate →
A note on this category. We rate these as consumer products, not as treatments. Nothing here diagnoses or treats a medical condition — if you have symptoms, that is a conversation for a clinician, not a supplement label.

How we scored this category

Three ingredients here have human trials worth reading: L-citrulline for blood flow at 3,000–6,000mg a day, maca for self-reported desire at 1,500–3,000mg, and red ginseng for erectile function at around 2,700mg — on trials its own reviewers called too small to settle the question. Every product is scored against the dose printed on its label, against the amount its ingredient was actually studied at.

What drops a product down the list

Prices are checked at publication and re-checked monthly. Where a brand changed its formula and we could not re-verify the new label, we say so rather than guess. Read the full method →
