A clean, organic option from a trusted herb brand — just a lighter dose. Gaia uses a named ashwagandha root extract in its Liquid Phyto-Caps at around 350 mg, which is real and sits in the lower half of the studied range. It's well made and widely available, but you pay more per milligram than the KSM-66 leaders for a dose that lands below where most of the research does.
