A mainstream, tested option — held back by the blend. Nature Made uses KSM-66 (the well-studied extract, good) but pairs it with reishi mushroom in a stress blend, and the ashwagandha dose sits on the lower side. It's a reputable, widely-stocked brand, so it's an easy grab at the pharmacy; you're just partly paying for the reishi, and the two-capsule serving pushes the cost up.
KSM-66 is the right extract, and Nature Made discloses what's in the blend — but pairing it with reishi leaves less room for a full ashwagandha dose, and you take two capsules to get there. If ashwagandha is what you're after, a single-ingredient KSM-66 gives you more of it for less.
Fine if you want a trusted drugstore brand and like the idea of the reishi add-on. If you just want a proper ashwagandha dose, a standalone KSM-66 product is the cleaner, cheaper choice.
