The one that hides the ball. Nugenix Total-T leans on a 'free testosterone' story and a proprietary blend that doesn't disclose how much of each ingredient you're getting — which, in a category where dose is everything, is the whole problem. Testofen fenugreek, boron and elevATP have some marketing behind them, but you can't tell whether they're dosed like the studies because the label won't say. At a premium price for a blend you can't verify, it's an easy pass.
This is the failure mode we penalise hardest: a proprietary blend. The total weight is listed, but not the split — so the single most useful number, how much of each active you actually get, is missing by design. That's not an accident; it's how a cheap-to-make formula gets sold at a premium.
Hard to recommend to anyone. If you want the ingredients Nugenix markets, buy them individually at a disclosed dose and pay less. A blend you can't verify is exactly what an independent scorer is here to flag.
